• Cancellation and refund eligibility for customized goods depends on the approved artwork, material purchasing, sampling, and production stage.
• Report shortages, transit damage, or suspected manufacturing defects promptly with the order reference and clear photos.
• Longtech will review the evidence and provide the remedy available under the applicable written order terms.

Privacy Policy

The contact form prepares a WhatsApp inquiry and does not submit its contents to a Longtech web server. This site stores language, market, and cart preferences locally in the browser. Shopify handles checkout, delivery addresses, payment details, and the privacy controls available on its hosted checkout.

When you contact Longtech, the information you provide is used to respond to the inquiry, prepare a quotation, administer an order, and meet applicable business or legal requirements. External services operate under their own privacy policies.

Terms of Service

Site content is provided to support product evaluation and business inquiries. Final material, performance, color, artwork, packaging, minimum quantity, lead time, and price requirements are controlled by the accepted written specification and order.

Longtech product images, branding, and site content may not be copied or used to imply endorsement without permission. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful activity.

Shipping Policy

Available destinations, shipment method, production lead time, freight cost, insurance, import duties, and delivery responsibility are confirmed for each order. Shopify calculates the options enabled for online checkout; customized and volume orders follow the accepted quotation or contract.

Estimated dates are not guaranteed where customs, carriers, weather, or other events outside reasonable control cause delay. Longtech will communicate material schedule changes through the order contact.
